About Me

I am a part-time agent working in the Lansing and Surrounding area.  I work  with alot of military and first time home buyers.  My personal belief is that everyone should strive to own property.  I encourage people to own more than one property.  

I do know that sometimes owning or buying property may not the best thing for all people, in various stages in their life.  Temporary assignments of 2 years of less or other issues may make renting a better options.  I also own several rental properties; single family homes, and semi-detached or duplex properties.  My rentals range from 2 bedroom duplex to 4 bedroom houses. All include basements.

Being a part-time agent I have a better understanding of people, and the fact that some people do not like to feel pressured to buy or sell.  I am motivated to assist a buyer and seller but do not practice high pressure sales.  I am very honest and open in my dealing with clients and customers.  I want everyone to be happy.  My oath is to "look out for you".  I practice this by looking out for your needs as if they were my own goals and needs.
